I help people turning 65 and people who worked past 65 and will be retiring soon, as well as people already enrolled in Medicare, understand the rules and options so they can make an “informed decision” and get the MOST out of their Medicare benefits.

I help people with Medicare in 21 states

I help people with both options (Medigap or Medicare Advantage)

Part A (Inpatient Hospital) has a deductible of $1,736 required for an Inpatient hospital stay – good for a 60-day benefit period only (can be charged over again).

Part B (Outpatient Medical) generally pays 80% of approved medical expenses leaving you responsible for 20%. The 20% is “uncapped” and can go forever and be catastrophic! Also, Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) does NOT include Prescription Drug coverage or dental, vision or hearing benefits. Please contact me to learn more about the two options below to minimize the “gaps” (out of pocket costs) in Original Medicare.

Turning 65 within the next six months? You probably have the following questions and concerns:

  • Do I need to enroll in Original Medicare Part A and Part B by the time I turn 65?
  • What is the window of time I can enroll?
  • Do I have to enroll in Original Medicare if I am still working or on spouse’s employer plan?
  • What does Medicare Part A and Part B cover?
  • What is the cost for Medicare Part A and Part B?
  • Does Medicare Part A and Part B cover prescriptions drugs, dental, vision and hearing benefits?
  • Am I required to have prescription drug coverage?
  • What is the difference between Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and Medicare Advantage (Part C) Plan?
  • Are there really penalties if I don’t enroll in Medicare Part B and Part D when I’m first eligible?

I can answer all of these questions and more. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their Medicare options by explaining everything in simple terms!
